根据特定参数和SA信息，分析2个DUMP之间的关系 ，Split(分离） .Join （结合）是否正确。查看服务区信息的变化位置，
本例是 Marker position 偏移：515 。块大小 Block Size (in sectors) 为 1024. 当515位置到数值到达 FF, 将进位到偏移516 ，516为 00- 01-02逐一递增数值 ，这就是  Identifier structure: 3412 标准。
