Conclusion:
The Russian department doesn't make any upgrades for the Portable PRO. There is no Upgrade Option for Portable PRO.
And no upgrade from Portable III to Portable PRO is expected in the coming years.
Please clearly explain it to the users.

The software updates of Portable III and Portable PRO will be released at the same time.
Portable III is a good product and will be powerful for many years ahead.
However, PC-3000 Portable PRO is the new generation product, even more powerful and top flagship product.
The users can use both products.

Like with cell phones, you can have a powerful new flasgship cell phone. When the new generation of such cell phone is released in several years, you can coninute to use your phone which is still very good or you can buy the latest generation as well.
